The Ask
  • develop a new site that would support their sales team, better serve their clients and embody their brand as a boutique, highly accessible convention centre
  • the primary objective, to reduce sales calls by 15%

The Solution
  • created content strategy around showcasing their unique value propositions by leveraging custom content and photography
  • completed a website audit and performed a landscape analysis with other leading convention centres
  • restructured the site map and IA
